I take great care to make sure that each loan has the ability to be approved. I make a concerted effort to develop a trust with my clients that enables us to work closely to meet every challenge that stands in the way of full loan approval. If there is any doubt about getting approval, I consult directly with the underwriter and get their early acknowledgment and approval of the packaging of the loan, then communicate any needed conditions to the borrower.
